Prepare for a late spring day immersed in Nottawasaga Bluffs Conservation Area. We'll be partnering up with the Blue Mountains Bruce Trail Club to run this hike!
This hidden gem in Ontario offers a unique outdoor experience. It features limestone cliffs that rise from the forest floor and tranquil forests surrounding the trails, making it the perfect place for a hike. Along the way, you'll find viewpoints that add to the area's charm and offer peaceful spots for reflection.
As you explore Nottawasaga Bluffs, you'll encounter a variety of plant and animal life. Towering hardwood trees like maple and oak display their vibrant colors, creating a beautiful canopy. The forest floor is adorned with ferns, mosses, and wildflowers.
Intermediate: Rocky and rough terrain with some elevation. In April, snow may still be present on the trail in this area. Suitable for hikers with some experience and basic fitness level.
